New Lifestyle

So lately I have been eating a lot healthier.  I am now completely off caffeine and have been for about a week and a half now.  I feel so much better with out it in my body.  I also haven't taken any sort of pain medicine, i.e. motrin, excedrine, anything like that.  I have also started eating a lot more fruits and vegetables.  I eat only fruit for breakfast and a salad for lunch and then at dinner I eat a well balanced meal.  I have given up chips, candy, cookies, coffee and many other things.  It is really hard but it helps me build self-control. 
Now that I have started with the body, I am going to the mind.  I have started reading a lot.  If you know me, I hate reading!! I have probably finished a total of three books my entire life!  But as of two weeks ago, I have almost read two books.  I recommend The Alchemist by Coelho.  It is an amazing book!  I am no reading The Power Zone by my preacher Dr. Larry Calvin.  It tells you how to get in the Power Zone with God!  It helps you open yourself up to the Lord and bring yourself happiness.  
I will keep updating as I change my lifestyle for the better.   I am contemplating being a vegetarian.  I don't know if I can do that yet, but I'm thinking about it.  I am also trying desperately to learn Spanish, so if anyone has any suggestions on how to learn it a little easier please fill me in.
